https://joued.com/index.php/sc/article/view/2

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of green innovation on structural changes and organizational culture in the manufacturing sector. Using a qualitative approach, this study collects data from interviews and observations on a number of manufacturing companies that implement green innovation. The results show that the main motivation of companies in adopting green innovation comes from internal factors, such as sustainability values and management commitment, as well as external factors in the form of government regulations and consumer demand. The strategies implemented include energy efficiency, emission reduction, and the use of environmentally friendly raw materials. However, the main challenges in implementation are the high cost and resistance from employees. To address this, some companies are forming special divisions for sustainability and enhancing a culture of environmental care through internal training and campaigns. The study concludes that green innovation has a significant impact in strengthening organizational structure and culture, helping companies achieve long-term sustainability, and creating added value in relationships with stakeholders
Anisa Ayu Dwi Lestari

https://joued.com/index.php/sc/article/view/3

The study aims to understand the role of financial technology (fintech) in improving financial inclusion in developing regions, with a focus on populations that have not been served by traditional banking services. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and field observations, the study identified four main themes: accessibility of fintech services, economic benefits for users, challenges in the use of technology, and the social role of fintech in society. The findings show that fintech opens up access to easier and more affordable financial services, helping low-income people to obtain microloans, save, and increase economic independence. However, challenges related to digital literacy, internet infrastructure, and data security are still obstacles that must be overcome. The study concludes that fintech has the potential to be an effective solution to increase financial inclusion in developing regions, especially if supported by increased digital literacy and the expansion of internet infrastructure.
Nur Ela

https://joued.com/index.php/sc/article/view/4

This research aims to understand the economic adaptation strategy and resilience of small businesses in rural areas in the face of dynamic market fluctuations. Using a qualitative approach of case studies on five small businesses in the trade, agriculture, handicraft, and service sectors, this study explores the role of product diversification, community support, and government policies in maintaining business stability. The results of the study show that product diversification and price adjustment are important strategies in maintaining the operational sustainability of small businesses. Local community support and social networks also play a significant role in strengthening business resilience, especially in market access and moral support. Although government policies have had a positive impact through training and funding programs, bureaucratic barriers and limited access to technology remain challenges. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of inclusive programs to support the adaptation of small businesses in rural areas as well as collaboration with local financial institutions for access to capital. The study contributes to the literature on small business adaptation in rural areas, with recommendations for policymakers to support small business sustainability through community-based approaches and technology development.
Adhi Mustofa
